While working as an intern at Fever 104 FM radio station, Prajakta Koli met future One Digital Entertainment vice-president Sudeep Lahiri. Mr. Lahiri encouraged her to start a comedy youtube channel. Prajakta opened her channel in February 2015, and she never thought that it could be that much famous for any reason.

Koli has loved making funny videos since her teenage years. After a little bit of growth of her channel, she felt that she was on the right path and she took YouTube as a future professional career. She has worked with many famous Bollywood actors and actresses like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Vicky Kaushal, Kajol, Ayushmann Khurrana and many more.
